Large and comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. We got an early check in - that was much appreciated. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service was useful

Most staff very impersonal and robotic.

We liked the view, the pool, the room, the friendliness, of the people, the equipment and view from the gym, towels given at the pool. All in all, we were very happy.

we were initially in a room which only had a tiny partial sea view while we paid for a sea view room. We were moved the next evening. There should be bigger cups available for Cappuccino's or Lattes and it would be nice to have a few small a la carte options on the breakfast menu.

Everything — spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was very comfortable. The Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the staff happily accommodated me dining alone by providing the tasting menu. The Negroni in the lobby bar was exceptional.

The room's air conditioning was set too low when I returned each day. Nothing else was an issue.

I booked a corner room last minute. Great big room with amazing view, large long bathtub and nice shower, everything felt new and modern. Pool and its facilities were awesome. Gym was well equipped and new. Everyone was nice and shuttle bus was super convenient from HK station. Izumi's set menu was delicious and decent value compared with other Japanese restaurants. GF has had a stressful busy couple weeks and she absolutely loved her stay.

The only thing I would improve is that there should be 4 coffees not three for the machine. Otherwise can't think of anything. It was really a nice stay, one of my better staycations in HK.

Shuttle bus service to IFC

The most disappointing part is that after renovations. Location os bar, outside cafe next to the pool area is disjointed.Guest can’t have lunch and drinks whilst watching the children swimming, outdoor table setting has gone other than sun deck and side table.Also we were not allowed to take children’s photos in Swimming pool??? THE MOST RIDICULOUS RULES EVER!I have put many of my family in this hotel over the years but this was the first time after the renovation. Not sure I would recommend in the future.

Clean and spacious with a lovely outside leisure space and swimming pool.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.

So after a rocky start (staff wanting to charge me but I paid up front + waiting hours for our room after a 12hr flight & poor communication amongst staff) the team redeemed themselves with excellent service.Only issue was this hotel is not the greatest for families with small children- we asked for a family room with a cot - the cot was not in the room and the room itself was too small/ not as advertised. The team brought in a cot but after waiting hours for our room - this really should have been ready for us upon arrival (3pm local).Perhaps I’m too critical but I travel a lot for work and this hotel seems to struggle to get the basics right & cater for the little things, e.g. if you use the showers after the gym - you need to first collect a separate FOB (not linked to your room card?!?) and remember to bring a robe from your room OR a change of clothes.

Great location. Cyberport is a quiet area and still convenient in terms of reaching Central. There’s a shuttle bus to Central every hour. Very nice rooms with spacious bathrooms.

Great hotel in quieter neighbourhood yet only20 mins from Central by courtesy Bus. Top quality buffet breakfast to suit every taste. Impeccable service

Breakfast does not have good choices.

Location was very convenient for us. The room was reasonably spacious, going by Hong Kong standards, and hence very comfortable. Breakfast was quite wide in selection.

Excellent breakfast. Good staff.

More shuttle to central is better

Basically every day same breakfast - location is remote -shuttle helps but long way to Central

Price too high

Cyperport is not yet a popular spot, which was our main attraction to the property. However, there is a shuttle from the hotel to the city and back, at scheduled intervals and at no extra cost.Their food was great!

Communicating is generally difficult as English is not a popular language for communication and the local’s general attitude/ manners was also quite challenging at the best of times. While some of the employees tried their best, the general attitude prevailed

The bed and the bath were amazing, still not worth it. Room is large and spotless. I won't be back though. Latitude staff are the friendliest of the bunch. Thanks Nigel for the free breakfast to make up for the lacks.

ZERO communication, I sent them 3 e-mails prior to my arrival, still no response, they made no effort at all apologize at reception when I brought it up, simply ignored me. Staff are generally unfriendly, except at Latitude. They did not even help with my luggage. During check-in my card had a problem, the guy (initials MH I believe) at reception was unhelpful, shrugging and saying I "should take it up with booking.com." He made me feel like a cheat. The room overlooked a noisy construction sight. Kids screaming in the pool. No peace here. Overpriced and underperforming.

Hourly shuttle into the city worked like magic. The pool was amazing - always so warm! Decent hotel.

The staff was Uber-helpful, and friendly. The location itself is well connected to public transportation. I’ve never had better sleep than the ones I had on the bed!
